CK Products Meringue Powder

MY favorite meringue. All meringue powder is kinda strange, especially without flavoring added, but CK seems to have the least aftertaste of them all. And if you use LorAnn’s Butter Vanilla Emulsion to flavor it will nearly taste like buttercream 😉 16 oz. bag (please note photo is of 4 oz. tub but this listing is a 1 lb. bag)

Ingredients: Corn Starch, Egg Whites, Sugar, Gum Arabic, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar and Vanillin

Shelf Life: 18 months if kept in cool dry area
