Cookie 101
These are our current class offerings. Click on each link for more information, to view the cookies we’ll be making, and to register for class. Because you CAN decorate amazing sugar cookies! See you in the cookie studio!
Class Description:
Learn how to create edible works of art. We’ll discuss baking, mess-free rolling and cutting, essential supplies and ingredients, icing consistencies, flooding and piping, and more. We’ll walk through some designs step by step then you’ll be turned loose with blank cookies and a rainbow of icing. Class registration includes 3 hours instruction, one dozen cookies, laminated recipe cards, ingredient sample, and a theme related cookie cutter! Cost: $40
Older children (pre-teens and up) are welcome in adult classes but may have more fun as a younger group. The Kid’s Class has the same curriculum as Cookie 101 simplified for littler artists with easy and fun designs. (Please plan to accompany children under 6 or those who might have trouble focusing for two hours.)

Intermediate Cookie Decorating Class
The intermediate cookie decorating class is for those who have taken the beginner class (or have previous decorating experience). To start, we focus more on the design process and how to break down the steps of a design. Next, we tackle some fun (and sometimes tricky!) techniques including painting, brush embroidery, stenciling, and dust. Then we bring it all together by designing and decorating a cookie from scratch. Finally, you’ll go home with about a dozen cookies, a stencil, and amazing new skills that will impress everybody.
